1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at trustguardadjusters.com (the "Site") and any related services offered by Trust Guard Adjusters LLC("Trust Guard Adjusters LLC", "Trust Guard Adjusters", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Site, submitting a form, or otherwise contacting us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit your information to us.

2. Our Services

Trust Guard Adjusters LLC is a licensed Michigan public adjusting firm. We represent policyholders in the preparation, documentation, negotiation, and settlement of property insurance claims. We are not affiliated with, and do not represent, any insurance company. Nothing on this Site or in any communication from us constitutes legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed by your use of the Site or by contacting us.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms to use the Site, submit a form, or engage our services. Our services are offered to property owners with insurance claims located in Michigan.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

Every insurance claim is different. Statements on this Site — including statistics, testimonials, and examples of past results — are for general informational purposes only and do not guarantee any particular outcome, settlement amount, or timeline for your claim. Any fee arrangement will be disclosed to you directly and set out in a separate representation agreement before we begin work on your claim.

5. Phone, Text (SMS) & Email Communications

By submitting your phone number through a form on this Site, or otherwise providing it to us, you consent to be contacted by Trust Guard Adjusters LLC by phone call, SMS/text message, and email regarding your inquiry or claim, including but not limited to claim status updates, scheduling and appointment reminders, and requests for documentation. Message content is limited to servicing your claim — we do not send unrelated marketing texts under this consent.

  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on the status and needs of your claim.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out at any time: Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at (734) 307-0610 or ryan@trustguardadjusters.com.
  • Consent is not a condition of service. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to use our services — you may ask us to contact you only by phone or email instead.
  • Carriers, including but not limited to T-Mobile, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent collected through this Site with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to any text messages we send or you send to us. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
